Gallery 111 – Return & Exchange Policy

At Gallery 111, we want you to love the art you bring into your home. If you have any concerns with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Original Artwork

All original paintings and one-of-a-kind pieces are final sale. Because each work is unique, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once the piece has left the gallery.

Archival Prints & Merchandise

If you are not satisfied with your print or merchandise purchase, you may request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify:

The item must be in new, unused condition.

It must be returned in the original packaging to ensure it is protected during transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at gallery111.connect@gmail.com within 7 days with photos of the issue. We will replace the item at no cost to you.

Custom & Commissioned Work

All commissions and custom orders (including custom paintings or special requests) are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was our error.
